The three formats
Essential, at €250 excl. VAT per month, covers a small structure: up to three users, the projects, clients and documents modules, tracking of imported quotes and invoices, core indicators updated every morning, and a full data export. It is the format of a sole practitioner or a small business leaving the spreadsheet.
Team, at €450 excl. VAT per month, adds up to ten users, the client spaces where your clients follow their cases and invoices, standard agents and connectors, and support within 24 to 48 working hours. It is the format of an SME of ten to fifty people or a firm with staff.
Firm and group, at €900 excl. VAT per month, limits neither users nor entities, adds the partner view for firms that follow their clients, custom connectors, history import and a quarterly review with the agency. It is the format of a multi-company group or an accounting firm.
Set-up, and what it includes
Stratedge OS is not off-the-shelf software installed in three clicks, and that is deliberate: the agency deploys it with you. The €1,500 excl. VAT set-up includes configuring your modules and your vocabulary, importing your clients and documents, and one hour of training per team.
The custom deployment, from €6,000 excl. VAT, is for organisations with a large history, tools to connect through APIs or specific validation rules. It runs like a Sprint: written scope, weekly delivery, signed acceptance.
Afterwards, every evolution we ship reaches you without a migration project, and specific building blocks, screens, connectors, agents, are handled as Sprints from €6,000 excl. VAT, like everything the agency builds.
Commitment, exit, and who it is for
The subscription is billed monthly, with a twelve-month initial term then month to month, cancellable with one month's notice. Your data is yours and leaves with you, exported in full, under our terms of sale.
Stratedge OS is for firms, SMEs and mid-caps of ten to two hundred and fifty people, and startups that want one system instead of ten subscriptions. It replaces neither your accounting, nor your email, nor your invoicing tool: it connects to them, imports your quotes and invoices, tracks payments and works on top. It does not issue invoices.
Two ways to get it. A 30-minute video demo, on cases close to yours, with a plain answer on its usefulness for you. Or through your accountant, lawyer, broker or adviser when they are a partner: they introduce it, the agency does the rest.
