Founder
I started Stratedge Consulting in 2022 with one conviction: French firms and companies need a digital right hand who stays long after delivery.
Since then, more than 250 clients have trusted us with three kinds of work: custom business tools, websites and campaigns whose results get measured, and decisions on AI and compliance. From independent practices to large groups, they have one thing in common: people with no time to do the same thing twice.
We also build our own products. Hello Justice, incubated at the Lyon Bar and a Bpifrance France 2030 laureate, offers a new way to fund litigation. Visio-Avocats runs legal consultations over video, with e-signature, payment and AI transcription.
The agency is headquartered in Paris. We also have a team and roots in Lyon, where I run a local business network. That means we can meet clients in person in both cities.
I do not think headcount says much about credibility. We are a small core team, backed by a network of specialists we bring in as each project requires. It keeps us fast and close to the work.
