- Can be rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before the call

Written into our terms
- A written scope before the price After the diagnostic, the proposal describes the lots, the deliverables and the calendar. The price is fixed per lot and does not depend on hours spent.
- A delivery every week You watch the system move forward in your client portal. No 3-month black hole before the first demo.
- 40% at order, 30% at design sign-off, 30% at go-live That is the payment schedule set out in our terms for a project, unless the quote says otherwise. A diagnostic or a single building block is paid on order, by bank transfer or card.
- Maintenance runs for 12 months The Care, Growth and Partnership plans run for 12 months and renew automatically; either side can end them with 60 days' notice.
