Sprint

In one sentence

The agency's engagement format: one well-defined component, with a written scope, shipped to production in four to six weeks, from €6,000 excl. VAT.

Definition

In agile vocabulary, a sprint is a short development cycle that ends with a delivered version. On this site, the Sprint is the agency's first custom format: a single component, a scope defined up front and held to, a production release at the end, from €6,000 excl. VAT.

A Sprint covers, for example, a quoting tool, a client portal, a custom connection between two tools, or a module added to an existing system. It includes two check-ins per week with you and can lead on to a Program.

Why it matters to a business owner

For a business owner, the Sprint is the way to judge custom software on evidence before committing to a complete system: a short scope, a known price, a result the team uses from the day it goes live.

It also serves as the extension format: each additional process handed to an AI agent, each page added to a website, each specific connection is handled as a Sprint, without reopening a global contract.

What Stratedge Consulting does

The Sprint starts at €6,000 excl. VAT and ships one component to production in four to six weeks. The Express Diagnostic, €500 excl. VAT, sets its scope in writing before the commitment and is deducted from the first Sprint. See the Engagements.

After delivery, the Care subscription, from €250 excl. VAT per month, covers monitoring, backups, fixes and small improvements every month. Once the need is confirmed, moving on to a Program is the most common path.

Common mistakes

Squeezing a complete system into a Sprint. Several processes, several roles and integrations belong in a Program; compressing them into a Sprint produces an unstable foundation that has to be redone.

Changing the scope along the way. The Sprint holds because its scope is written down; what comes up on the way goes into the next Sprint.
